Accessibility
Last updated: June 1, 2026
Black Line Ops is committed to making blacklineops.ai usable for everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We built the Site with accessibility in mind and continue to improve it.
Conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, motor, auditory, and cognitive differences.
What we’ve done
- Semantic, structured HTML with a logical heading order and labeled landmark regions.
- A “Skip to content” link so keyboard users can bypass repeated navigation.
- Full keyboard operability, with a clearly visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
- Respect for your “reduce motion” system setting, plus an on-screen “Pause motion” control so you can stop animation at any time.
- High-contrast text (light cream type on a deep espresso background).
- Decorative video and graphics are marked so screen readers can skip them; meaningful controls are labeled for assistive technology.
- A responsive layout that adapts to different screen sizes, orientations, and zoom levels.
Known limitations
The Site features rich, animated storytelling. We provide a motion-pause control and honor reduced-motion preferences, but if any animation, video, or third-party component creates a barrier for you, we want to know so we can prioritize a fix.
Feedback and contact
We welcome your feedback. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or you need information from this Site in a different format, please contact us and we’ll respond promptly — typically within a few business days.
